Senior Conference Producer– Remote US

Circa $120-130,000 + Profit Share & Career Progression

Remote Based

The client is an innovative producer of global conferences, roundtables & virtual events to the Technology sector now in its next phase of growth an exciting role has arisen for a Conference Production leader to look after a team of producers (5 + producers) whilst helping to grow this innovative business.

Overview of the Role…

· Topic generation and verification of topics for new producers – honing your topic generation research skills to get the right product into the right places

· Research and verify each topic through live telephone research before the production process commences

· Production of concise business case, risk analysis and topic brief for each event in good time

· Keep in touch with your industry and proactively network into specific industry areas

· Ability to have the team producing traditional events in 2026 (some webinars, custom events)

· Lead from the front, hands on production skills required ideally from a traditional production background.

Business Development

· Creation & delivery of strategic plan for team growth/entry into the market space/industry

· Proactively build on successful events

· Look for ways to increase profitability

· Constantly strive to enhance the delegate, sponsor and speaker experience

People Management

· Successful hiring, training, coaching and mentoring new producers

· Drive the production process for each event

· Co-ordinate the marketing, sales and sponsorship strategies for each event

· Closely monitor the performance of members of the team

· Develop and challenge high performers

· Conduct timely performance appraisals and manage the career path of each team member

· Maintain morale and motivation within the team

· Preparation & delivery of general production training

Operational Management

· Maintain high productivity levels across the team

· Ensure that deadlines are met

· Control event budgets

· Maximise profit margins

· Ensure that internal processes are adhered to

· Maintain high standards of programme execution
